Juan Hinojosa is the founder and owner of Bridges Human Resources, a talent acquisition specialist firm that offers guaranteed services without any fees, unless they succeed. He leads a team of recruiters specializing in executive, senior, mid-level, and entry-level positions in Information Systems Technology, Software Development and Engineering, Web, CRM, and Mobile technologies. With years of professional experience, Juan has also worked as an engagement manager and specialist for volunteer organizations Carbonface and Vegan Option Canada, respectively. He has been a founder and owner of several businesses, including My-E-Assistant, an e-commerce service specializing in Amazon sales, social media marketing, online campaigns, photography, and photo editing.

Juan studied History at Concordia University and has completed his education at PCHS and CEGEP John Abbott College. In his past, he has served as a retail operator at Parachute, Parnass Pelly Ltd. He founded Ma Voix pour Eux, which demonstrates his inclination towards social causes.
