Paul Speirs is a highly experienced senior business development leader with over two decades of success in the music and entertainment industry. He has worked with various multinational companies, gaining expertise in international artist management, music and content development, consumer product licensing, deal negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, brand management, retail & consumer marketing, e-commerce, and talent development.

Paul's education includes a Diploma in Brand Contact Management from Vega School of Advertising Sandton, and he studied at Edenglen High School. He has also worked with several organizations, starting as a Freelance Media Consultant at Sony Music Publishing and later working at Electromode as a Legal & Licensing Manager, Business Affairs and Content Acquisition Manager, and Synchronisation and Licensing Manager, among other positions. He was also a Sales Liaison at NBCUniversal International Television Distribution South Africa (Pty) Ltd and worked as a New Business Development consultant at Pyramid-Consulting (PyCo) and as Licensing, Marketing, and New Business Relations manager at Blank Generation/Iron Fist International.
