Amy Ng

Amy Ng is a well-established and dynamic finance executive with a proven track record in accounting, financial planning and analysis, strategy development, market analysis, and commercial finance, among others. She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

Amy is an expert in capital allocation, deal structuring, and financial valuation, as well as due diligence and integration planning. She is also adept at process improvement and coaching, working effectively with cross-functional teams and has global experience, having worked on five continents.

Amy has held various senior-level positions in different organizations, including Director of Finance and Business Control at Cargotec/Hiab, Global Commercial Finance and Strategy Leader - GE Mining at GE Transportation, Director of Business Development / M&A at GE Healthcare, among others. She was also a Corporate Audit Staff at General Electric Co. and a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young.

With her extensive experience in complex and fast-growing industrial sectors, Amy is an ACCA qualified senior executive who can translate strategy into capital allocation and funding decisions for medium and longer-term growth. She speaks English and Chinese fluently and is an excellent team player.
