Throughout his career, Michael has held senior roles at some of the world's leading companies, including Wayfair, Amazon, Citrix, McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture. He has built and led high-performing teams, implemented successful technology strategies, managed complex infrastructure projects, and delivered innovative software solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Currently, Michael serves as Director of Employee & Enterprise Technology at Wayfair, where he oversees the development and implementation of technology solutions that enable the company's global workforce to work more efficiently and collaboratively. Prior to this, he served as Director of Engineering, Finance Technology at Amazon, responsible for building and managing a team of engineers that delivered critical financial systems to support the company's operations.
