Susan Esper is a highly experienced Partner with over 29 years of public accounting experience, specializing in the financial services industry. She has worked with Deloitte, one of the world's leading professional service firms, and has led several audit teams to deliver the highest quality service to clients. She is currently serving as the Audit & Assurance Clients Leader, and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to provide insight into clients' business challenges.

Susan is an expert in industry regulations, financial services, banking & securities, insurance, private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, real estate, investment management, audit, and private companies. Her qualifications include a BS in Accounting from Providence College. She is a former Vice Chair and Board Member at Providence College, where she also served as the Audit Committee Chair. Additionally, she has played leadership roles with Massachusetts Women's Forum, Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, and United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley.
