Briana Riddock is a Florida-educated food enthusiast with a Master's degree in Food Studies from New York University. With experience in the culinary production, publishing/editorial, and automotive industry, Briana has a broad range of professional experience. Her editorial work includes stints at Hearst Magazines, Scripps Networks Interactive, and Time Inc., while her experience as a pastry production assistant at Maison Robert Fine Chocolates has given her a solid foundation in culinary production. As a Julia Child Foundation Fellow at Food52, she has honed her development of food writing and recipe development. In addition to her editorial expertise, Briana is also a Chef and certified ServSafe professional. Her passion for food has led her to work as a chef and recipe developer in the culinary industry, bringing her experience and creativity to the table.
