Liana Bran is an experienced program director with a strong background working in the nonprofit sector. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. With a demonstrated history of implementing successful programs and deep expertise in systems thinking and community engagement, she is a skilled social impact professional.

Prior to her current role as Director of the Latinx Incubator at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Liana held several roles within the organization, including Director of the Founders' Assembly and Director of Substance-Free Workplace. She has also worked as a Fellow for the Aspen Institute's Chicago Workforce Leadership Academy and as a Project Coordinator for the Small Business Development Center at the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Liana's passion for social justice extends beyond her professional experience. She has interned at the Office of Senator Richard Durbin and RefugeeOne, and has worked with the Imani Center for Policy and Education.
