Melissa Day has a diverse and accomplished background in the real estate industry. She is a seasoned REALTOR, Developer Consultant, and Real Estate Investor with extensive knowledge in due diligence, investment property analysis, project underwriting, and more. Melissa began her career as an intern at Beitler Commercial Realty while studying Entrepreneur Program, Real Estate and Marketing at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. She then went on to gain experience in title & escrow, property management, real estate marketing, and mortgage financing. Melissa obtained an education in real estate investing with Nouveau Riche (now Renatus) from 2007-2009 and has since fine-tuned her skills in real estate investing strategies such as buy-&-hold, fix-n-flip, short sales, REO (foreclosures), land development, and raising capital for projects.
