Melissa Fulmore Hardwick MBA, OCP, CCMP

Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience bringing innovative solutions to the table. Her projects have greatly enhanced operational efficiency, reduced IT footprints, and successfully bridged technologies with operational objectives. Melissa's career began with her service as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army before entering the world of accounting. She soon discovered how technology can improve processes, which led her to shifts in IT and climbed the ranks as an Oracle consultant, a change management leader, and a business applications director. Melissa is the current CIO at CSI Companies in Jacksonville, Florida, and has experience working in financial, retail and manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, aerospace, marketing and services industries, as well as the US Federal Government. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida and an Executive MBA from Jacksonville University. Melissa is also passionate about giving back to the community and devotes her spare time to initiatives that support young women and underserved youth.
