Lauren Jerome

Lauren Jerome is a highly skilled business leader specializing in innovative software solutions. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, Jerome has a diverse range of professional experience ranging from being the Chief Technology Officer of Mindbox Studios to being the Co-founder of Ascend App and Redefining Women in Tech. Additionally, she has served in various positions at Mindbox Studios, including Senior Product Manager and Production Manager. Her special interests and expertise include process engineering, productivity tools, custom software solutions, project estimation, IoT, and enterprise software. Jerome is currently serving as a Software Product Manager at Independent Consultant/Great Heights Digital, LLC. She is also a former member of the Supervisory Committee at Oregon Community Credit Union and a former Mentor in Residence, Community Outreach at RAIN Eugene.
