Aubrey Blanche, a social scientist and startup investor, has dedicated her career to questioning, redesigning, and reimagining existing systems to ensure equitable access for all. As the Global Head of Equitable Design & Impact at Culture Amp, she brings her expertise in talent lifecycle programs, communications, and media to build a culture of belonging and representation. She is the creator of the balanced teams approach, a method designed to build proportional representation and foster inclusion in the workplace, as well as the Balanced Teams Diversity Assessment in Atlassian Team Playbook. Blanche also serves as an advisor to Aleria Research and Joonko, and she is a former board member of Circle of Blue and PAUSE NFP. Her work has been featured in prominent publications such as Wired, the Wall Street Journal, and First Round Review. Blanche is a graduate of both Northwestern University and Stanford University, where she studied Journalism, Political Science, and Political Science.
