Eric Guthoff is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in sports, entertainment, gaming, and eSports. He has a reputation for building high-performing teams, launching successful projects, and achieving desired results for complex organizations. Guthoff co-founded GlideSlope, a groundbreaking advisory firm in global sport, which he grew to several million in annual revenue before it was acquired by CSM Sports & Entertainment. He also served as the Olympic Project and Operations Director at Johnson & Johnson, where he led a team of over a thousand people to build a best-in-class Olympic sponsorship, project management, and operations model. He is the founder of Human Advantage, an advisory firm that helps organizations in sport stand out as leaders in people and culture. Additionally, Guthoff serves as an advisor to Next Up Ventures and Partners and is a former Advisory Board Member with UJA Sports for Youth at UJA-Federation of New York. He received a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and has been recognized as a Sports Business Journal's 40-Under-40 honoree and speaker at several notable events, including the World Congress of Sport, Leaders Sports Business Summit, Beyond Sport Global Summit, and ICE Sports Betting.
