Soadad Farhan is an accomplished IT/IS leader with vast experience in delivering technology strategy and transformative capability projects for major organizations worldwide. Farhan is a co-founder and CTO at Fardoe Software Ltd and was formerly the Group Head of Innovation, Group Chief Technology Officer, and Head of IT at Hiscox. Farhan has also held key roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, LexisNexis, BNY Mellon, Janus Henderson Investors, and Siebel Systems (Oracle). Farhan is a graduate of the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, Anglia Ruskin University, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Communication Systems and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Systems Technology and Mathematics, and Sheffield Hallam University, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Studies.
