Albert Yu is a seasoned international development professional with over 12 years of leadership experience across diverse functions and regions. With a unique blend of multicultural sensitivities, academic credentials, and senior leadership background in one of the world's most prominent international humanitarian organizations, Albert has helmed single and multi-country projects, working with both non-profit and for-profit organizations. He believes in human potential and fosters a strong sense of community within organizations, striving to inspire others to reach their full potential.

Albert holds a Masters degree in Organisation Development from Pepperdine University ('17), an MBA from San Francisco State University ('06), and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis ('00). He has excelled in building impactful organizations, leading high performing teams in the face of dynamic change and complex contexts across Asia, Africa, Central and North America, and Europe.

Albert has served as the Global Communications Lead - COVID-19 Emergency Response at World Vision and worked as an independent Communications Consultant at the same organization. He was the Operations Director at World Vision China, the Regional Communications Director at World Vision East Asia Regional Office, Communication Manager at World Vision Cambodia and Taiwan, and the Public Engagement Director at World Vision Lao PDR.
