Marion Atherton is an accomplished music educator and administrator with extensive experience in the performing arts sector. She received her Master's degree in music education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Bachelor's degree in music from Yale University. With a strong passion for music education, Marion has held several positions in various organizations aimed at promoting music education and community outreach.

Among her many achievements, Marion served as the Associate Director at Crowden Music Center, where she also held the position of Director of the Crowden Center for Music in the Community. Additionally, Marion worked as the Executive Director at Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir, where she oversaw the growth and development of the organization.
