Product Revenue Growth– Defined new product opportunities and worked in close concert with sales leadership to move the revenue mix to recurring revenue-based product portfolio. Executed the new product lead organization agenda from go-to-market model, operations improvements and combined product + services offering strategy. Provided excellent near-term impact: 15% YoY growth in recurring revenue, +30% gain in recurring revenue, all inside last 12 months economic environment
Digital Front Door for Health Systems – Launched a new customer experience and branding by integrating three Vester acquisitions in a new patient and provider engagement platform branded Mercury. Re-designed Healthgrades CRM platform and Provider Directory with dashboards, workflows, interactive maps, designed with the distinct user personas in mind, providing snapshots of in-flight patient engagement, real-time provider network level insights, and summary lists of cross-functional activities. Along with the new platform design, it incorporated Provider Relationship Management and Call Center Management functions in the platform.
Platform Strategy and Customer Experience –Revised new client contracts, laid out strategy for migrating into new pricing models that enables upselling and cross-selling solutions across 2000+ Hospital customers. Worked with implementation and customer success to redefine implementations and migrate majority of customers to the new platform. Currently focused on customer migration tools and getting the initial customers onboarded on the new platform which was generally available in the market last fall 2020.

Healthgrades

Chief Product Officer

Responsible for business strategy, roadmap, product management, technology engineering and devops/cloud engineering teams. Defined and executed integrated Patient Engagement product strategy yielding 52% CAGR and >40% revenue growth. Helped the key investors Goldman Sachs, Lightspeed and HEP in orchestrating the sale of the company to Vestar Capital and Healthgrades.
Precision Health Care Marketing Automation –Build deep AI/ML based data analytics product solution on marketing and clinical data that includes- a wealth of consumer data (e.g., demographics, household data), patient data (e.g., details on past clinical interactions), campaign data (e.g., list membership, past responses), and analytics (e.g., clinical propensity, response likelihood) criteria that are available for filtering and grouping. Provided ability to optimize campaigns to provide huge ROI lift-from 4:1 to 11:1 across customers.
Provider Relationship Management Analytics – Launched a first of its kind tokenization technology working with Datavant to aggregate integrating market consumer and client patient information, medical claims data. The product provided deep analytics on market dynamics, to provide insights that transcend siloed datasets. Re-engineered Provider referral/leakage analysis and Patient Journey analytics product to drive customer recovery and new contracts across large Health Systems to drive to $8.5M new annual contract in 2019.
Salesforce Health Cloud Partnership and Cloud Infrastructure Migration – Migrated Evariant platform to Salesforce Health Cloud, along with AWS Cloud migration for databases, API service layer and federated security layers. Worked with Salesforce to migrate from OEM to ISV agreement and worked with KLAS and Gartner to move the platform to market leading satisfaction score.

Evariant, a Healthgrades company

Executive responsible for product management, technology engineering and implementation services teams tasked to commercialize a behavioral health platform with care coordination, interoperability, analytics and telehealth capabilities. Managed a $25M Series A raise with CVS Health/Aetna and private investors in growing the platform across multiple Health Plans and Treatment Centers.
Digital Health Solution for Virtual Substance Use Care– Build the strategy to design, build and commercialize a first of its kind Post discharge ‘Recovery support’ platform in Substance Use and Behavioral Health. Developed business case, cost/benefit analysis, product concepts, market research including focus groups, A/B product testing and pricing models to launch MAP platform for the Behavioral Health organizations and Payers in areas like Substance Use Disorder, Eating Disorder, PTSD, CT and Sexual Disorder.
Medical Devices Integration – Integrating an ecosystem of Medical Devices and Genomics Testing solutions to create better remote patient management and medication management solutions. The devices include breathalyzer, medication dispenser, genomics testing and telehealth-based technology partners like Amwell, MDLive and Teladoc.
Clinical Pathways for Substance Use and Behavioral Health–Launched Cognitive data analytics and Natural Language Processing platform with IBM Watson Health for provider benchmarking, patient matching, risk analytics and outcome analysis in collaboration with IBM Watson. Build a robust data exploration environment and data integration environment aligned to FHIR standards and integrated with point-of-care analytics using IBM Watson Explorer and Watson Analytics products.
Payer and Health System Partnerships– Designed implementation models and on-boarding plans for clients; with integration with sales and contracting process. Assisted with sell and implementation of the solution at 30+ clients in that includes Aetna, Cigna, New Direction, Horizon BCBS.

- Medicare Risk Adjustment and STAR Improvement –Reset Capital BlueCross’s Medicare strategy by identifying $32M revenue opportunity, defining missing and suspect HCC identification process for prospective provider outreach and retrospective chart review.  Expanded solutions to gauge results across Health systems, physicians and counties of Bluecross operations.  Also developed analytics on HEDIS/STAR measures and developed ability to work with providers to close gaps and collect supplemental data.
- Home-Remote Patient Monitoring – Defined requirements for remote monitoring program for Geneia and Capital Bluecross customers.  Set strategy and design for creating comprehensive care at home platform with Covidien/Medtronic.

- Optum Population Health Management Product platform- Conceptualized and executed the build of a Multi-tenant Population Health Management Platform on the Optum Health Cloud environment for four  provider markets for Optum in Texas, Southern California, Nevada and Arizona
o	Responsible for a capital and operating budget of over $25M for product development and commercialization for the ACO organizations in Optum. Tracked capital expenses and P&L, product strategy, technology development as well as vendor management and contracting activities.
o	Led a team of a 120+ person development team, with Director and Senior Managers as direct report, focused on building the division’s first integrated, productized, data analytics platform for provider groups (defined and launched platform in less than 5 months). This platform integrated over 4 accountable care organizations, 3 multi-payer claims platform and 3 provider portals. Also worked with UHG India to set up offshore team in Hyderabad India with more than 50 development resources
- Optum Impact Intelligence/Impact Pro Products-Commercialized health economics and quality product for Payer market-Care Pattern Analyzer using Symmetry episode groupers  (ETG/EBM/PEG) and deployed product in Sutter Health, TMC, Bluecross and Amerigroup, Scripps Health, South West Medical Associates and other Health Systems.

Managed US and UK based consulting engagements, generally focused on business and IT strategy planning and/or deployment.  Responsible for a 35 consultant staff members with an overall P&L of $25 M. Orchestrated planning and delivery efforts for OptumInsight consulting projects and led business intelligence implementation programs of over 20,000 workdays.  Majority of work was in healthcare information management for large payers and healthcare organizations like BCBS at Massachusetts and Puerto Rico, HealthNet, Aetna and TRICARE.
