Sabrina Horn is an accomplished CEO, advisor, and author with over 25 years of experience in public relations and communication strategy. As the CEO of HORN Strategy, LLC, Horn has advised and guided entrepreneurs and CEOs through the early stages of their businesses. With an MS in Public Relations from Boston University and a BA in American Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Horn's professional career started when she founded Horn Group, a public relations firm, with only $500 and five years of job experience. Her firm went on to serve numerous executives and companies from startups to the Fortune 500, building an iconic brand in the tech world with multiple offices in the US and global reach. In 2015, she oversaw the successful acquisition of Horn Group by Finn Partners.
Horn is also a board member and advisor to a number of organizations, including 4CRisk.ai, Dieu Donné Paper Mill, and Dogly. She is a frequent speaker at industry forums and leadership conferences and the author of the book "Make It, Don't Fake It: Leading with Authenticity for Real Business Success" (forward by Geoffrey Moore), published by Berrett-Koehler. As the only child of German immigrants, Horn grew up learning the harsh realities of truth and decision-making that helped shape her leadership style.
