Eric Brandt is a multi-talented business professional who leads operations, strategy, and analytics teams at San Francisco-based edtech company Springboard. With extensive experience in management consulting, Brandt excels at solving a company's most challenging problems. At Springboard, he oversees career change programs designed to help students reach their full potential through skills-based curriculum, career coaching, and mentorship.

Brandt studied business administration, emphasizing management consulting, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also studied abroad in Seville, Spain. He worked as an associate consultant at Bain & Company before taking on a variety of roles at Springboard, where he's held positions as business operations manager, interim director of user acquisition and performance marketing, interim director of data and analytics, and head of business operations, strategy, and analytics.

When not working, Brandt enjoys skiing, snowboarding, traveling, diving as a PADI certified Scuba Divemaster, and making music. He's currently on a career break, leading cycling tours as a guide for Trek Travel.
