John Estrada is a seasoned management consultant, with over 15 years of experience aiding mission-driven businesses. He earned his Bachelor's of Science from California State University-East Bay and later pursued his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix. John's expertise lies in helping non-profits, b-corps, and social enterprises maximize their potential through correctly using technology and optimizing their business processes.

Throughout John's career, he has honed his skills to provide exceptional leadership and training to team members, creating a culture of servant leadership, effective communication and strategizing with the team. He is an expert in vendor selection, change management, and ensuring that all IT investments made are utilized to their maximum. John also values the importance of taking an external approach to communicate the value of the organization to potential corporate donors, partners, and industry conferences.

John is currently an Area Director at Toastmasters International, served as a Direct Support Professional at Hope Services and as a Board Member at Society for Clinical Data Management. He was also formerly the President of Excalibur Toastmasters Club and Committee Chair at Society for Clinical Data Management. Additionally, he served as the Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder at Nextrials, Inc. as well as working as a Project Manager and Product Development Manager.
