Amelia Landberg
Amelia Landberg is a business strategist and experienced chief of staff with a varied background in consulting, marketing, and non-profit fundraising. She pursued an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management after working in marketing at a tech start-up, ultimately joining The Boston Consulting Group after graduation in 2012. In 2019, she expanded into the operations space and currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for Central Europe and Middle East at BCG. Her passions lie in problem-solving and designing, structuring, and delivering complex programs and leadership agendas.
Landberg's education includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Williams College. With more than eight years of experience at BCG in various roles, she has become a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leadership while leading and supporting regional and global initiatives, leading pipeline management processes, and driving all leadership communications. She is a competitive runner and dog lover, raised in the United States, and currently based in Europe.
