He started his career in management and customer service at a hotel before transitioning to a Technical Recruiter role at an international company. Pat went on to work for a national staffing firm for over 14 years, where he received multiple awards for his exceptional work. He then moved on to become the Chief Operating Officer at a recruitment and staffing firm focused on health information management and technology professionals. Pat's current role is as the President of Staffing & Consulting at 12 Stones Staffing & Consulting. He enjoys building long-term relationships, playing golf, fly fishing, gardening, and spending time with his family.
