Mr. McDonald is currently the Vice President of Health Services at Calian Group, where he oversees a team of more than 1000 health care providers, operations managers, and client delivery personnel across Canada.

Mr. McDonald's background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has held several key positions in his career, including Delivery Executive at IBM Canada Ltd. and Client Sales Executive/Client Delivery Leader at EDS Canada.

In 2016, Mr. McDonald joined Calian's Health Services team where he assumed the role of Director and Program Manager for the Health Services Support Contract for the Canadian Armed Forces. He led Calian's successful bid for the Health Care Provider contract and assumed the role of Service Delivery Manager for the resulting contract in 2017.

Mr. McDonald was appointed Vice President in 2019 and now holds responsibility for Calian's Health Services Operations in Canada.
