Scott Ganschow, a mechanical engineer graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign, has an extensive background in global manufacturing, productivity enhancement, and operations management. He held various leadership roles in GE Power and Energy Management such as Strategic Global Materials Manager, Global Lean Leader, and Site Leader, among others. His expertise in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies helped in optimizing operations and increasing productivity. He also served as the Plant Manager at GE Energy Management and GE Critical Power. Ganschow is currently the Global Manufacturing Manager of ABB.
