Thomas Bruff has an extensive background in creating and amplifying enterprise value in real estate, hospitality, private equity, and family office sectors. He has a wealth of experience in both corporate and advisory services structures where he focuses on strategic planning, development, acquisition, joint ventures, and operations through turnaround, and encompasses operational and financial restructuring, valuation, and acquisition/disposition. His international experience spans across 50+ countries includes domicile abroad. He is energized by challenges and is gratified by persistence and excellence.

Bruff studied MBA in Finance and International Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he also holds a BS degree in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is currently the principal at Windrose Global, after working as a managing director for the Middle East North Africa at Alvarez & Marsal. He formerly worked as a partner at GGA, Inc, a managing director at KPMG, and an SVP at ClubCorp.
