Evaristo Rasmussen is a seasoned Chief Investment Officer with diverse experience managing investments and real estate projects across Europe. His professional journey has taken him from Spain to the Middle East and back to Europe, living and working in Sofia, Istanbul, and Warsaw, respectively. He has studied in top universities such as The American University in Cairo and Université catholique de Louvain, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Instituto Internacional San Telmo, and a Master's degree in Tax Assessment and Taxation from Centro de Estudios Fiscales.

Before joining Atrium European Real Estate as Chief Investment Officer, Evaristo held senior positions in the same company as Head of Investments CEE, Senior Transaction Manager, and Chief Development Officer. Prior to this, he was the CEO of BOGARIS and Multi Development in Bulgaria, and Director for Developments in Oriental Andalucia at BOGARIS. Evaristo also used to work as an Account and Project Manager at Bufete Paez y Asociados, Financial Analyst at Renta 4, and Student Worker at Doppelmayr, among other positions.

Evaristo's passion for cultural diversity has driven him to learn French and Arabic, and he enjoys the interactions with people from different backgrounds that he encounters in his personal and professional life. He believes that the journey is the destination and feels privileged to have experienced the cultural tapestry of Europe and beyond.
