Michael Mathieu is a skilled business strategist with a wealth of experience in process engineering and project management. He has worked with operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes, data analysis, and data architecture in the heavy industry. After earning his MBA from IESE in Barcelona, Michael is now leading the way as a Senior Manager at Wayfair in Berlin. His primary focus is on machine translation and general language implementation strategy, with a significant emphasis on globalization and content management.

Michael gained invaluable experience working as a Business Systems Analyst at BWAY Corporation, where he developed a deep understanding of business processes software and systems, including process mapping, data integration, and project management. Later, he worked as a Project Engineer and then a Manufacturing Engineer at ArcelorMittal, where he developed a talent for automation and process optimization. He honed his expertise in database design and management, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies, as well as his ability to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders.

Michael believes in the power of innovation and design in leading the company forward. At Mucho Design, he even had the opportunity to work as an MBA Design Strategy Intern. Later, as a 2018 MBA Candidate and President of the Innovation & Design Club at IESE Business School - University of Navarra, Michael continued to inspire his colleagues and peers to push the boundaries of business innovation.
