Jay Devonish is a seasoned expert in the music industry with over 18 years of experience at Entertainment One, where he currently holds the position of Director of A&R Marketing. Based in their Toronto office, Jay's responsibilities include recruiting and marketing of artists for eOne Music, and he has worked with renowned performers such as DJ Khaled, Wu-Tang, and Snoop Dogg, among others. Jay is also involved in education, teaching the Business of Music program at The Remix Project, a non-profit organization. In addition, he runs DMC Grants, a grant administration company that assists artists and businesses in securing funding, and FORESEEN Entertainment, a boutique record label and publishing company that features numerous artists.

Jay attended York Mills Collegiate and the Harris Institute, where he studied Recording Arts Management. His vast and diverse experience has allowed him to gain expertise in A&R, marketing, and business development. Jay's interests include discovering new talent, developing artists, and educating people about the music industry.
