Erich Kurschat is an accomplished HR professional with a passion for workplace communication and coaching. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Kenyon College and attended Cranbrook Kingswood for high school. Throughout his career, Erich has served in various roles at Levy Restaurants, including Human Resources Assistant, Coordinator, Manager, and Director. He founded HRHotSeat, a facilitation service, and is now the owner and facilitator of Harmony Insights LLC.

Erich is a believer in the power of intentional service to others and the importance of regaining control while searching for jobs. He has a particular interest in helping introverts network professionally, and he thinks that lasting relationships begin with clarity of purpose and value. Erich has a vast knowledge of the DiSC personality assessment and its significance in facilitating productive workplace communication.
