- Maintain toolshed, and keep tools in working order. Safe operation of forklifts to maintain a clean and tidy work site, maintaining a boneyard.

Advanced Site Crew

- Working on major motion picture 'Mortal Kombat', maintenance of workshop cleanliness. Sweeping up, emptying exhaust bags,  emptying bins. 
- Operate forklift, loading and unloading trucks as required. Ensuring materials are stored correctly. 
- Assist set builders installing sets, including pre-fabrication in the workshop and installation on set and on location. 
- Demolition and  removal of sets.

Carpentry Stagehand

- Distributing and installing event infrastructure for large scale waterslide festival. 
- Operation of Manitou telehandler with 12m reach safely and efficiently, completing daily machine checks and ensuring maintenance. 
- Careful distribution of vinyl slides, loading and unloading containers, using plant to pull ground anchors safely, installing alloy truss.  Setting up and maintaining an efficient boneyard.

- Coordinate delivery of touring production 'JOAN', working with touring company to provide venue and technical requirements to specifications. 
- Coordinate artist hothouse 'Adhocracy', a 3-day festival of developmental performance and installation art. - Liaise with all participating artists and coordinate hire equipment, bump-in, bump-out and show scheduling and requirements.

- Work closely with Event Manager to deliver social enterprise event series, parallel to Brisbane’s G20 summit, to a high standard, on time and within budget. 
- Manage TOMS shoes pop-up store within Hub marketplace, supervising volunteers, and driving $2000+ sales over 3 day event. 
- Be on-site contact person during event: assist with volunteers, rentals, deliveries, signage, set-up/strike. 
- Work with marketing and publicity team to promote the event.

- Deliver all festival events to a high standard, on time and within budget. Assist in the booking of event entertainment, band, master of ceremonies, etc.
- Work closely with the management board, artistic director, volunteer coordinators, venue staff, suppliers and stakeholders; problem solving each area of pre-production; coordinate all aspects of event.

-	Assist in the provision and maintenance of scenic effects and painting of scenic, decorative, and stage dressing  elements.
- Work closely with creative director to understand his/her vision and needs, and support creative decisions.
- Assist in purchasing materials for, and the production of dressing/scenic elements. E.g. sewing curtains, painting caravans, creating signage, sewing and hanging fabric. 
- Support  other requirements of the whole production team, including assisting with backstage hospitality, artist liaison and transport.

- Administrative and logistical support for production office (pre-event), fielding enquiries,  assisting with the site preparation – including legal signage, emergency equipment, and logging of personal protective equipment. 
- General build crew, supporting set-builders and scenic artists on-site.  Preparation and painting of large scenic elements, and festival art installations including 8-foot fiberglass babydoll sculptures and “car-henge” installation.
- Ensuring equipment is secure before, during and after and event; operation of basic hand tools such as sledgehammers, shovels, screwdrivers etc; operation of basic power tools such as drills, circular saws etc; full and proper use of any health and safety provisions.
- Comply with health and safety standards and insurance regulations seeing in particular that the site areas comply and are left clean and tidy after work. Being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of other members of the team.

Bump-in Site Crew

- Bump-out site crew. The safe unloading and loading of vehicles, safe dismantling of staging and marquee structures, laying and recovery of temporary flooring and roadways, removal of blackout drapes. 
- Ensuring equipment is secure before, during, and after an event; operation of basic hand tools such as sledgehammers, shovels, screwdrivers, etc; operation of basic power tools such as drills, circular saws, etc; full and proper use of any health and safety provisions.
- All aspects of customer care in various busy outdoor attractions, including seating patrons for in the St Andrews Square Spiegeltent. 
- Supporting the management of a variety of production requirements for the various shows, prop-handling etc. Effective liaison with team members in production, programming, artist liaison, and marketing and publicity departments.
