Esther des Abbayes is a dynamic and driven professional who has made a name for herself in the field of communication and marketing. With a strong background in the humanities and social sciences, as well as a master's degree in marketing and communication, she has honed her skills through a variety of experiences in different organizations. Esther has worked in the non-profit sector, at the Beirut Art Center and Association Aurore, where she had the opportunity to engage with communities and drive impact through her communication strategies. She also worked at the SNCF and Pépinière de Valpré as an intern where she developed her skills in project management, a valuable asset for any organization.

Currently, at GROUPE SOS, the largest social enterprise in Europe, Esther is able to carry out her passion for social impact through her work. As a Chef de projet Communication, she is an integral part of the team responsible for creating and executing communication strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
