Patrick O'Neill is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in technical recruiting and global trade & finance.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a double major in International Studies & Spanish from The University of the South. He furthered his education by studying International Policy and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

With a successful track record in the HR and recruitment field, Patrick currently serves as the Head of Technical Recruiting at Notion, showcasing his expertise in talent acquisition and team building. Prior to this role, he held technical recruiting positions at Gusto, Prodigy Resources, and also served as the Technical Recruiting Lead at Prodigy Resources, demonstrating his growth and leadership within the industry.

Before transitioning into the realm of HR, Patrick gained valuable experience in Global Trade & Finance at the Inter-American Development Bank, highlighting his versatility across different sectors and his ability to adapt to diverse work environments.
