Sebastian Urbina is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience working with a diverse range of companies, from the consumer packaged goods and automotive industries to pharmaceuticals and high tech. He has a proven track record of designing and implementing technology to facilitate supply chain transformations, with extensive experience in forecasting and demand planning, inventory optimization and profit maximizing algorithms, network design optimization challenges, and supply chain analytics/KPIs. Sebastian has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America, providing him with a cross-cultural understanding that complements his deep supply chain science knowledge. He holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Sebastian currently serves as Vice President for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science Team at Genpact, having previously held multiple leadership positions with Barkawi Management Consultants, the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes, Georgia Institute of Technology's Trade, Innovation, and Productivity Center (TIP), and Servigistics.
