Alida Draudt is a design and business strategy leader with expertise in applied futurism and ecosystem design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Visual Arts from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Foresight from the California College of the Arts. With her multi-disciplinary background in Human-Centered Design, Service Design, Emerging Tech Systems, and both qualitative and quantitative research, Alida has led several cross-functional teams in creating enterprise-wide technology systems, market-shifting product launches, new revenue streams, and large-scale brand unveilings. Her extensive experience cuts across different sectors including Fortune 100 & 500 companies, tech, consumer products, governmental, civic, and philanthropic/non-profits.

Alida aims to bring future experiences, capabilities, and understanding to bear in the present. She simplifies complexity and tackles challenges on a systemic level, creating clarity and application in the near-term. Her expertise in workshop creation and facilitation makes her an indispensable executive-level strategist with a significant in-field impact. Alida co-authored "What the Foresight," a personal futures guide and workbook, and contributed to Matthew Manos' book "Toward A Preemptive Social Enterprise." She also earned the DMBA - Strategic Foresight Recipient at California College of the Arts and served as an Adjunct Professor at the same institution. Alida is currently the Group Strategy Director, CX at AKQA, previously worked at Civic Consulting USA, Ziba Design, and Capital One, among others.
