Manoj Gupta is a seasoned project manager with over 12 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in eLearning, web application, and content management system development. With a Master's degree in Management Science and Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies at Lucknow University, and an M.Sc. in Sustainable Development from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences, Gupta has honed his expertise in envisioning, developing, testing, and deploying applications, services, and products to create online platforms for knowledge sharing and communities of practice.

Before joining Cognizant Technology Solutions as Manager - Projects, Gupta worked for Tata ClassEdge and Tata Interactive Systems as Senior Manager - Product Development and Business Manager (Project Management), respectively. He has led teams of 45 to 50 individuals in developing and deploying eLearning platforms, educational programs, and content management systems for various clients.

Gupta's experience as an Educational Programme Executive at Global Cancer Concern India has given him a unique perspective on creating sustainable social development programs that target marginalized communities.
