Blair Hassell is an experienced executive search professional with a successful track record in placing top-level executives in the technology, financial services, and professional services industries. Blair has worked on programs that seek to identify and place corporate functional roles in the C-suite, top technology leaders, and global strategy partners focused on digital disruption and innovation.

Blair studied history, Mandarin, and communication and media studies at Fordham University, and Mandarin at East China Normal University. She went on to work as an operations assistant at PIMCO and then as an office manager at Pretium Partners LLC. Later, Blair worked at Longbottom as a consultant before joining Marlin Hawk as a researcher. Blair spent the next few years with H.I. Executive Consulting (HIEC). Where she helped identify suitable candidates for global leadership roles.
