-  Performed full-life cycle recruiting for multiple job candidates, utilizing Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates on job boards and  setting up phone and face-to-face interviews with job seekers
-  Utilize social media to drive recruitment efforts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
-  Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
