He holds a degree in BS Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente. With a proven international sales trajectory, Javier has developed outstanding negotiation skills and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languages.

Javier has held multiple senior management positions during his career. Most recently, he served as the Senior Regional Manager Latin America InkJet Solutions at EFI. Before that, he was the Latin America Sales Manager at Grafitec International Inc, the Sales Manager at Agfa Graphics Srl, and the Sales Manager at 3M.
