Mike Capelle is a co-founder, Chief Platform Officer, and member of the Executive and Investment Committees of United Capital Financial Advisers, LLC. He is responsible for the strategic development of United Capital's platform offering and actively helps advisers understand its benefits while determining their transition and integration plans. He has led the creation of United Capital's investment platform and served as the Investment Committee Chairperson. Before joining United Capital, he worked at Intel Corporation for ten years in strategic business planning, product design, and operations. Mike holds an MBA and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, where he also studied for his Master's degree. Additionally, he received his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
