Tal Gilor is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in computer science, finance, and investment management. He is currently a partner at Labs/02, an early-stage fund and incubator focused on deep tech startups in the Negev region. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Labs/08, a continuation of Labs/02 aimed at supporting visionary entrepreneurs and new ideas. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University, Gilor has a solid educational foundation.

He has also held several senior-level positions at Motorola Solutions, where he gained extensive experience in product management, software development, and open innovation. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Gilor has served as a board member, board observer, and seed investor for several startups, including Mirage Dynamics, Hypervision, Quai.MD, DOTS. Data Of The Soil, and NeuroBrave. He has also mentored young entrepreneurs and startups through Unistream.
