Verónica Sebá is an experienced Recruitment Lead in Europe with a passion for sustainability and the outdoors. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology at Universiteit Leiden, she gained experience in various organizations, such as Equiniti KYC Solutions and PVH Corp. However, her real passion for the environment led her to Patagonia, where she has worked as a Recruiter and later on as Recruitment Lead for Europe.
