Carolyn Clevenger

Carolyn Clevenger is an accomplished urban planner with a wealth of experience in transportation planning, policy analysis, and economic development. She holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in History, Technology, and Society from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Clevenger is currently serving as the Director of Planning at the Alameda County Transportation Commission, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of transportation plans and projects. Prior to joining the Commission, she held several key positions at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), including Transportation 2030 Program Manager and Manager VII. She also served as the Chief of Staff at the NYC Economic Development Corporation.

Clevenger's expertise lies in transportation planning, policy analysis, and economic development. She has extensive experience working with government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders to develop and implement transportation projects, programs, and policies. She is also skilled in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
