At Allison Transmission, he served as the Manager of Defense & Off-Hwy Product Test, Manager of Test Facilities Development, and Manager of Hybrid Test & Manager of Test Facilities Projects. In these roles, he demonstrated his ability to lead teams, design test programs, and develop efficient and effective test facilities. Prior to his work at Allison Transmission, Terry served as the Lab Operations Manager at General Motors.
