-        Hiring of over 70 staff in 3 months across sales,marketing and product teams
- Client relationship management - negotiating fee structures, service levels and specific hiring      requirements
- Coordinated all phases of the Telstra Business hiring project Telstra Business Divisions across     NSW & Victoria under very tight deadlines.
- Acted as HR/Recruitment partner with all senior Telstra stakeholders across the business with a excellent rate of customer satisfaction and lowered the average escalation rate by more than 60% from the SLA agreement.
