Mike Souder is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in emergency health services management, political management, and business administration. He holds a degree in Emergency Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and has completed coursework in Political Management at The George Washington University. He also holds a BS in Business Administration with an accounting focus from Stevenson University.

Mike's extensive professional experience includes serving as Campaign Manager for T.J. Smith's Baltimore Mayoral Campaign, Deputy Communications Director for the U.S. House of Representatives, Deputy Press Secretary for Delaney for President 2020, and Manager of Government Affairs for AAAE. Additionally, Mike has held various political operative roles, and has been an owner/CEO of Bellum Communications, a public affairs officer at the Comptroller of Maryland, and an account manager at LMD.
