Kristin Ruzicka is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles in various organizations. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Currently, she is the Senior Vice President of Quality and Service Excellence at Weatherford, where she focuses on driving successful customer relationships and service offerings. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and General Manager of Reliability Services at Allied Reliability Group, where she led the successful delivery of multiple engineering service projects.

Before this, she held several executive positions at GE Oil & Gas, including Executive of Digital Solutions Latam Business Leader and Executive of Downstream Latam Business Leader. In these roles, she drove growth and profitability of multi-million dollar revenue streams, managed large teams and developed innovative business strategies. Additionally, she held several business leadership roles for contract services and downstream products and services, and was part of the Corporate Audit Staff at GE, where she served as a Senior Audit Manager.

Throughout her career, Kristin has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking and technical expertise in the energy industry. She began her career as an Intern at GE Aviation and completed their Operational Management Leadership Program.
