Steven Berkenfeld is a highly experienced investment banker, private equity professional, and impact investing expert. He has a diverse background that includes extensive knowledge in M&A, corporate finance, valuation, business development, strategy, risk management, corporate and transactional law, sustainability, and resiliency.
