With a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree from Seoul National University, Jiwon has a proven track record of launching 10+ products in emerging technology segments and $300M+ enterprise IT segments.

Jiwon has a vast range of experiences in driving innovation throughout an organization and accelerating sales traction of new products. Specializing in enterprise software, cloud computing, hybrid clouds, private clouds, storage clouds, virtualization, and as-a-service offerings (IaaS, PaaS), Jiwon has collaborated with leading technology companies such as Commvault, SunGard Availability Services, Symantec, and IBM. Additionally, Jiwon's expertise extends to data center management software, high availability, disaster recovery, change management, configuration management, and grid computing.

At Commvault, Jiwon currently works as Principal Product Manager, responsible for driving product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market activities for cloud and SaaS offerings. In previous roles, Jiwon has managed partner technology integration, product marketing, channel engagement programs, and emerging technology product enablement.
