Mike Nienaber is a Seattle-based Christian community development professional with a passion for reconciliation and honoring God through community and individual growth. He studied Communications and Journalism at Azusa Pacific University, and later pursued a Master's degree in Community and Leadership Development at the University of Kentucky.

Mike is known for his ability to help people and communities achieve their full potential. He is currently the Community Development and Outreach Director at Urban Impact Seattle, where he spearheads initiatives aimed at improving the lives of disadvantaged communities. Previously, he served as the Development Coordinator at Mission Year, a non-profit organization that connects young adults with urban communities to serve and live intentionally to address societal issues.

Mike's contributions to Christian community development have earned him a great reputation within his field. He is committed to the Christ-centered work of reconciliation to God, self, and others, and he believes that his work in community development is an extension of this commitment. His dedication has made him a pivotal figure in the Christian community development movement, and he continues to inspire others with his work.
