Robert Ganister is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University. With expertise in computer engineering, information technology, and management, Robert has an exceptional track record of leading technical teams, building strong relationships with clients, and managing projects.

Prior to his role as CTO at Advantage Microsystems, where he oversees the company's technology strategy, he served as a Systems Engineer, gaining significant experience in designing, testing and deploying data center technology systems. He also worked as an IT Help Desk Specialist for Villanova University.
