Assigned as the DFW Senior Safety Specialist. Responsible for identifying injury trends and mitigation strategies and all safety related items whether work place hazard or at risk behavior issues.   Interprets safety requirements and develops compliance plans for management. Conducts investigations of incidents, accidents and other occurrences involving safety, health and environment and gives advice and direction on problem solving.  Develops and manages safety educational programs for management and other employees. Coordinate with various governmental agencies.  Ensure compliance with international, federal, state and local laws, pertaining to safety, health and fire protection. Analyze safety performance, conducts safety surveys, and directs corrective actions.  Responsible for the over-all structure and performance of the “HUB” Safety Committee’s & Sub- Committee’s.Overhaul Support Mechanic – Assigned to the seat shop at Alliance Maintenance & Engineering Base. Responsible all repairs & fabrication for Boeing 767-777 seat systems. Ensured proper compliance with all Engineering Specification Orders (ESO’s) pertaining to FAA regulations.Crew Chief- Responsible for 5-6 personnel working all flight operations and federal regulations with regard to weight and balance and ramp gate operations.  Completed comprehensive safety and security checks for all American Airlines aircraft.
